Muteki kanban musume (aka Noodle Fighter Miki)

nothing special so far, just a 'pre-opening' of the official site (http://www.onimaru.net/). The anime is scheduled for July. For those who don't know, this is based of a manga by Sadogawa Jun. It's being released by ADV Manga and I believe AoD is reviewing.

Three things to say/ask in this post.

1) Anyone else watching? I just checked out episode one, and will likely check out 2-3 tomorrow.

2) Miki is absolutely batshit insane. She's completely and utterly out of her fucking mind. And I love her for it.

3) I do wonder how long the show can maintain her level of craziness without feeling repetitive/forced, but time will tell.

Anyway, I'll be watching at least a few episodes more, but it has the energy to be a potential winner. We'll see.

Hysterical show. I especially love the teacher who scares everyone around her!

Enjoying it so far. I love gag comedy/slapstick stuff like this. It's really out there too - not what I was expecting at all.

Favorite part has to be the "deep impact"... train vs. train vs. meteor. The final image of the scene was just too ridiculous to take in all at once.

Yeah, I';ve watched the first two episodes and like it so far.

If ADV was still in the manga business /images/graemlins/wink.gif I'd be interested in getting the manga.

I just watched episode 5 and I have decided, my favorite character in this series is Kayahara-sensei. I just can help to have a smile in my face whenever she appears. Magumi reactions to her are priceless. I also love her cute personality when she is eating ramen.
