What series uses this icon?

I'm trying to figure out which series a costume is from that I saw at a recent event.

It sort of looks like a cross with some small details above it. Here's a crude drawing of the icon: http://members.aol.com/gogetah/icon.gif

I'm positive I've seen it before posibly in multiple series, but I just can't figure out where.... /images/graemlins/shy00000.gif

The red in your crude drawing suggests that it's Fullmetal Alchemist's Flamel symbol found on the back of Ed's cloak and Alphonse's armored shoulder (seen here on a t-shirt (http://img.hottopic.com/is/image/HotTopic/237179_hi?$product$)). But it's possible that something similar could be in another show as well. I can't think of anything off-hand. I thought Haibane Renmei for a moment, but that's a different symbol.

Looks closer to the cross symbol on Tohsaka Rin's shirt from Fate/Stay Night.

I'm positive it is Tohsaka Rin, as it was white on a long-sleeved shirt and she was wearing a black skirt.
