With that list I would sell everything seperately except Battle athletes victory 1-4. Everything else I would start auctions off at 90-95% off MSRP or one dollar per disk and let the market judge price.
Shipping I figure if you do the postage online can be around $2-3 per disk adding .25-.50 cents per extra disk after the first and a dollar for boxes. Invest in a scale but go after a kitchen one as they have a dual purpose and are cheaper then shipping scale. I got a digital one at Bed, Bath, and Beyond for $25 and it goes up to 11 lbs. Price according to how much packaging you have already and can recycle. Go a little higher if you need to purchase some materials. If its easy to go to the post office then do Canada but add like a dollar or two for S&H and up the extra disk cost to a dollar each.
If your going to do BIN "Buy It Now" or fixed price listings then I shoot for about 60-70% of what I paid for the item. Make sure you have pictures and be honest as hell about everything.
Above all remember eBay is a be flea market, even if your stuff is brand new the buyers don't know you. If they are like me I automatically cut the price I'm willing to buy to about 60-70% off MSRP and go lower.

Chimp is giving you good advice there, and I want to highlight that last bit, because some people go even lower. I pretty much top out at 50% MSRP myself, because I am patient and it is just too easy to get things new/like new from a regular anime seller now. If I buy something from Ebay I expect to pay a lower price because I have to invest some time & effort with looking for/tracking a legit auction and having to risk my money up front. It's a bit different if you have a rarer/OOP/LE item, those can go higher. Like a legitimate R1 FLCL box or something, they are just hard to find.
edit: I'm no expert, but I don't think you have anything that will go very high over % of MSRP except maybe the X/Fushigi Yugi/ Gundam ones. Not sure on those. The Battle Athletes is OOP, but I don't think there is great demand for it. It probably would sell though. And definitely go with separate auctions if you want the most money. Big lot auctions never get close to what the individuals would get you.

Sometimes you do get those people however, who help you out big time. I've seen seasons of Ranma 1/2 got for $70+shipping, even though they can be bought brand new for $75 with online discount, and generally include free shipping.
