while looking at some deals on the dvd talk forums saw a thread about the xbox add on... seems the the digital bits has reported that ms leaked the price on their xbox.com site, $199. the price info was removed shortly after.
totally unconfirmed but if this is true... means for hd playback you will need to spend at least 500 to 600 for the xbox360. $600 for a max of 1080i output and 20 gig hard-drive.
600 for ps3 doesnt seem all that out of whack but then i was planning on a ps3 anyway.
