What kind of dog is Pero Pero from His & Her Circumstances?

Pero^2 grows up in the manga, but I don't recall if they ever say his breed. Possibly some kind of collie.

That was one ugly Collie in the anime. Loveable, but not the prettiest of dogs. I'd take him in a heart beat though.

I was told Pero Pero was an albino pug, but I didn't think that was right. Anyhoo...

As aqua said, he does "grow up" in the manga (at least for one frame) and he's clearly... something. I thought they even said, but it's been too long and I don't have it in front of me. I know nothing about dogs though. Still, it wasn't a pug, it was something else...

If I'm reading this short review right, it should be in manga volume 13.

Yeah, I looked there too. Thanks for checkin' though.

I thought I remember seeing one at a convention somewhere along the way, but maybe that was Tama (IIRC) from FY. Cat, dog, what's the difference? :p
