How many episodes is Tenjou Tenge? I could have sworn I read it was in its third season in Japan, but ANN says there are only 26 episodes.

and the "movie" which recut the flash back scenes into 1 story.

Are the OVA's included in the R1 release? And what about the movie for that matter?

I don't know about the movie (it's just a recap movie anyways), but the OVAs will be included in the last DVD. Don't get your hopes up for a conclusion though.
