Now the start of the second phase of the 2006 Boys of Summer Tourney starts with round two of the Bishōnen Pool!

For this tourney try to vote for the player that most closely fits your idea of pools highlighted archetype. Note the defination below is only a loose guideline for the archetype and don't feel confined by it.

The polls close just a little for the second round as you must now vote before viewing the polls. Use this view to promote or trash talk the characters. I first looked at the vote and then was stunned. I couldn't believe Dark was actually winning!!! And how close it was...wow.

And honestly, never thought about the final assuming the Sohmas win, and if people are split between Yuki/Ayame, then that leaves either the bishie angel or everyone's favourite crossdresser from Fushigi Yuugi to cause the upset. *rubs hands with intent* I look forward to the end...:)

Dark vs. Nuriko - Chromus Fanfiction Style!!

"Damn! That crossdressing freak has taken the lead!!!" Dark said as he flew over the battle arena, as Nuriko smirked from the other side - Dark's feathers had already been burnt by a sneaky attack by Tasuki, and he wasn't happy...

'Dark, he can hear us you know?' Daisuke said from inside him...

"I know, plus how dare he up the yaoi innuendo in this match? It's bad enough with Satoshi..." Dark said.

Satoshi Hiwatari rose his eyebrows slightly but said nothing.

"GO-GO-NUR-IKO!!!" Miaka said on one saide.

"GO, GO, DARK-SAN!!!" Risa went on the other said.

And Tamahome of course was making the bets on the far side, but not on who would win in the bishie stakes...and he had a new female helper...

"Step right up folks! Bets are evens at the moment..." Tamahome said.

"...that's right! Here's the bet, who is more annoying? My sister Risa or Tamahome's girlfriend?' Riku said.

"THAT'S NOT WHAT WE AGREED ON!!" Tamahome and Miaka argued.

"BIG SIS!!!" Risa moaned.

"What's the raise on Miaka?" Tasuki said.

"TTTTAAAAASSSSSUUUUUKKKKKIIIIII!!!" Miaka and Tamahome said.

"About 6-1 to one against - Risa is a long shot at 5-2 but probably be closer if it was the manga version..." Satoshi analytically added.

"HIWAAAATTTTAAAARRRRIIIIII-KUN!!!" Risa screamed.

As side characters and main characters collided, Dark and Nuriko stayed to one side.

"Gah, not worth it. Shall we let them decide?" Dark said.

"Deal. Besides, you can't compete with my feminine side..." Nuriko chuckled as he shook Dark's hand.

"Maybe I can't...but Daisuke on the other hand..." Dark chuckled.

"DAAARARRRRKKK!!" Daisuke bemused...

Well well it is looking like a family reunion for this pool final. But neither Sohma brother is pounding the competition like they did in the first round. Wonder if that Fubra magic is wearing thin.

The Sohmas are looking comfortable...BUT...

Dark (28) vs. Nuriko (29) - Wow. 3 days ago Nuriko was a vote agead, two days ago, Dark was a vote ahead and now Nuriko is a vote ahead.

Of course, I want Dark to win but losing to Nuriko especially in this close a battle will be no shame - not sure how long is left, but hopefully enough to say that you need to compare Dark in leather pants to Nuriko's crossdressing attire...:P
