Ugliest Character in an Anime...

I'm curious as who ya'll think is the ugliest character to appear in an anime within the past 5 years. In other words, out of all the anime to come out since 2001, who is the most wretched-looking character you're ever seen?

Hands down, I'd have to go with Kazundo Gouda from GITS: SAC - 2nd GiG. Geez, no wonder <span style='color:#dddddd;background:#dddddd'>he's a virgin</span>.

As for my choice... hmmm... quite a few characters from the Ninja Scroll movie and series are butt ugly.

...While not anime, Aeon Flux does have it's share of...rather... Disgusting looking characters. Then again, both Reign and Aeon Flux are done by the same character designer.
