Surprise endings in hentai anime

Most hentai are not known for having deep storyline with unexpected plot twists. However occasionally, you might have seen a hentai that completely surprised you with the ending. Which one was it?


To get the ball rolling, here's a few endings in hentai that surprised me:

I wasn't expecting this to turn into a sweet romance (that reminded me of the movie When Harry Met Sally) with two sex buddies gradually falling in love with each other. </span>

Night Shift Nurses: Rn's Revenge qualifies. I made the mistake of watching this exactly once. <span style='color:#dddddd;background:#dddddd'> The Doctor doing all the exploiting of the nurses is approached by what I remember to be the director of the hospital who was also once under his control. She slashes him with a knife and he falls backwards off the roof. The Doc wakes up in a bed in the hospital with the nurses he abuses taking care of him. They all walk out except for the one who's been under his control the longest. She starts to "service" him then suddenly pulls out a switch knife and plunges it into his chest as he's orgasming. Thus ends the show right then and there </span>. It's about as good a surprise as I've seen in my limited hentai watching experience.

I don't remember the name of this one...
The main character, near the end of the four-part OVA, had sex with an older woman who was a friend of the family.

Dammit I forgot the name of it but its about the boy who was taken care of by a mother when he was younger then when he grows up, he finds out the mother who took care of him is the MOM of his friends who's a girl. <span style='color:#dddddd;background:#dddddd'> To make it short the mom finds out her daughter loves the boy and she fucking kills her and gets away with it.. damn what's the name of it. </span>
