For some reason, this doesn't surprise me. Hope it does well for them.

I've got the first couple of volumes of the manga; it's better than the anime, but only because you don't have the annoying voice acting and the art's really good. I still don't care much for the story, though (I admit, I bought it because it looked CLAMP-y...)
