Does anybody know why the Patlabor Golden Contest did not end 31 hours ago like it was suppose to?

Who knows....but the winners are now announced anyways.

One question though; is there any limitation to how many mails you send to enter the contest or could you send as many as you wanted? I don't know the site rules for this but I would like...
