In any case I just recently finished watching this series. It's not the best anime in the end world, but something about it caught my eye. I guess I wanted to see what messed up problem each of the characters would have. Then again the whole Key thing alone was creepy. Great now I'll never be able to play Kingdom Hearts without being disturbed.
Still some of the Alice users were definitely references to Fairy Tales characters. Like the Redriding Hood Girl/Wolf combo. Although I'm sure there are some references that went over my head. So assuming I'm not the only that watched the whole series, I guess someone can say who is who.
In any case there are some questions thing I want to discuss that requires going into spoiler mode. Especially concerning the "ending" as it were. So I'll make a reply for that part of the discussion and keep the spoilers untagged. Just a warning because I don't feel like randomly using spoiler tags.

All right then the show was going through the usual process of eliminating the girls while having a rivalry between Arisu and Kiraha in the background. Now at a certain point in the series a girl named Asuka who turns out to be a ****** joins the party. She of course turns on them and defeats Kirika.
Now at a certain point Asuka is talking to Arisu about something. Later on Arisu is fighting Kiraha. Which leads into a confrontation between Arisu, Kiraha, Aruto, and err the lesbian girl. I forgot her name already. Either way Arisu reveals that she exists only as part of Aruto's story.
In fact apparently it's revealed that Aruto actually loves his sister Kiraha and that Arisu is in reality a replacement. Based on the idea that even he knows incest is wrong. Okay so I'm sure someone here will say it's not, but whatever. As expected he goes into shock, denial, and useless mode. Although when he finally gains a backbone again, he proclaims that Arisu is not just a replacement.
The fun part through is apparently the Alice Master ie who gasp is the actual author and not a descendant ends up being betrayed by Lidell aka Alice who plans to kill him. Apparently Lidell is the one who inspired the whole game with the Alice users. To make things even worse for Takion. Even the two loli-girls are now against him. They're especially creepy here.
Either way Takion is killed by having a key stabbed into him. Yeah apparently there is some girl on guy key action. What? Someone had to say it. Although his death is a bit different from the Alice users. In any case Arisu and Kiraha eventually defeat Lidell. Although Arisu decides to spare Lidell. Even going to so far as to decide to stay in the fantasy world with her.
Although I'm not really sure if it was right to spare Lidell given that ultimately she is responsible for everything that happened. Also I'm not sure how Arisu can trust that she can prevent Lidell from trying to pull something again. Okay so maybe Lidell isn't 100% responsible, but she is a huge factor. She used everyone including her own creator.
Episode 13 is well whacked. It starts with Kiraha and Aruto landing in a fairy tale style world. Where they suddenly meet the other characters in slightly different roles. You even get to see all of the Alice users again. Including some who I believe did not appear during the series before. I could be wrong though. It then ends with Aruto having finished reading a story to Kiraha.
I take it 13 is meant to be more of an extra episode while 12 is the actual ending? Because 13 seems a bit too whacked to be any real type of ending. Although it was kind of fun to watch and may be one of the better episodes to the series over all. "Logically speaking, resurrected monsters are weak". A lesson we can all learn here.
