Those are all good. I was actually looking for the Kareha shot, but must have missed it since I was looking at the galleries very quickly with two specific shots in mind (the "god" shot and Kareha).

No, she seems quite aware of what she is doing.
First off, she never goes to any other tenant's apartment dressed like that, even stopping to change clothes when going from Kazuya's place to another. To me, that demonstrates that she would consider her outfits to be embarassing, implying that she knows what's happening.
Secondly, at the end, she renews her efforts to get Kazuya. Rena notices that her strategy includes new panties. I can only think of one reason why panties could be part of such a strategy.

Nah, this is really, really cute! While most of the very best panty shots are due to accidental exposure, and not due to the sickos that tape a camera to their shoes, ones like this have their own appeal. It probably can't be described as a panty shot, though. It is a shot of panties, though, and the girl holding them is both cute and very embarrassed.
