Please help identify hentai

Saw some hentai recently but am not too sure of their names. Can someone please help? (warning: some detailed descriptions below):

(1)Saw an episode. There was some wild sex party where others was watching this young man who was doing two other girls. There was some kind of penis strap on him to refrain him from ejaculating which one of the girls finally pulled off at the climax with explosive results. (available on R1)

(2)Saw this on R2 (not sure if available on R1). I think the male lead is called Ryo. There were at least two other women in his house who are reasonably top heavy. Another scene has the other woman masturbating while thinking of him. I could be mistaken but I think the Japanese title for this is "Kasumi". (5)This is set in probably the beginning of the 20th century or end of 19th century (based on the clothes). Guy screws several lolis. The white-haired loli sometimes wears miko clothes. There's also quite a decent lesbian loli scene involving the white-haired girl.

2,3,4 - Do they have R1 releases? What English titles are they released under?

5 - Nope. I've seen the Story of Little Monica and it ain't it. Just to elaborate, the setting and clothes kind of remind me of the clothes and setting of Steel Angel Kurumi season 1. The white haired loli looks a bit like the main villainess in the Izumo anime series.
