The movie is actually titled Gekijouban Harukanaru Toki no Naka de: Mai Hitoyo, so I'd assume this is art from the series.
Also I thought Newtype only featured art from series/movies that are licensed? So does this mean that Harukanaru is finally licensed? (Or did I just miss that news somewhere else...)
Wow, the FMP! freak in me wants to buy this for the TSR feature alone. /images/graemlins/sdsmiley.gif
Hm, interesting... GXP must be on the DVD to promote the boxset that came out this month. Speaking of the DVD, how's Jinki: Extend?

Good. Now I can hear how Brittney Karbowski and Jessica Boone sound in Jinki:Extend. I already saw the first three episodes at a con a couple of months ago, so I know how the Japanese actors sound like.
A lot of nice articles but another disappointing Official Art section. I'm especially curious about the IGN "fashion shoot" article. /images/graemlins/sdsmiley.gif

I don't think that I'll be picking this one up either (thanks for the breakdown, as usual), but this just jumped out at me. I love Hirano Aya's voice, and I had no idea that she played this character!!
That definitely raises my interest level in the series.

Nothing of real interest from the sounds of things but thanks for the information.

That's correct, it is from the TV series.

While we generally do run Official Arts of titles that are licensed, there's no specific rule to it. Both this month's Harukanaru and last month's Saiunkoku Monogatari are examples of titles we ran that are not licensed, just like not all the features we run are for licensed titles (like Code Geass and Gothicmade in the September issue).

Thank you! I'm very happy that you are doing this, otherwise I wouldn't have found out about both of these wonderful series, Harukanaru and Saiunkoku Monogatari. I'm sure I'm not the only one who is looking forward to both of these series being licensed. That's especially true with Saiunkoku, for which I'd like to see the novels as well as the anime.

I think a photo from the "Everybody Cosplay" piece - of Jan Kurotaki dressed as Caren from Fate/hollow ataraxia - would have made for a better centerfold than the Mizuki illo that was used. /images/graemlins/noseblef.gif
Is the Dominic Nguyen who did the reviews of Suzuka (manga) and Shakugan no Shana (anime) the same Dominic Nguyen associated with Megatokyo?

Darn, I was hoping you'd say I was right and it was actually licensed. /images/graemlins/cry00000.gif /images/graemlins/catgirl0.gif
