As for the quality, I seem to remember reading somewhere that this was originally available online as Flash animation, which probably means vector-based drawings, which usually isn't too exciting. Or I could be confusing it with something else...

Jesus freaking christ!! They are even using MPEG2 in Japan for BR!!! WTF is wrong with these people, use freaking VC1 already!!! How does anyone expect BR to beat HD when they can't even use the advanced codec??????????

ANyway, so PAPO is a webisode anime? No wonder I never heard of it before. Of course, I have no interest in it as it does not sound like my type of series.
