Girls that trip and fall down on their face the most

I've seen this ditzy female character stereotype several types - the type that can't take too many steps before falling down on their face. The female leads from Air and Kage Kara Mamoru come to mind. I'm sure there are more but can't think of any right now other than Usagi Tsukino (who doesn't really fall down that much).
I'm trying to figure out which female character falls down the most frequently on average per episode. Any thoughts?

hmmm, it does happen often, or so it seems. off the top of my head:

- Excel from Excel Saga
- Kaho from Sister Princess

that's all I got for reoccuring. I think every female anime character falls pretty much at least once.

Akira Miyata (the clumsy redhead) from Pani Poni Dash! is probably pretty high up there. She falls down at least once almost every time she shows up.

Sae Sawanoguchi from Magic User's Club falls down quite a bit. Not sure on average per episode... There is one point where she falls over several times in a brief period of time, because she's in such a big rush.

Mihoshi from Tenchi. I did like how she was in the OVA's. She did as amny good thuings as clutzy ones, even if she did not mean to:)

Amelia from Slayers, she grows but not completely out of her cluelessness.

Naga from Slayers, she almost gets it right.

I have a warm spot in my heart for Mihoshi from Tenchi.

Amelia from Slayers started out as a clutz but she improved as the show went on. She even did a tight rope walk in high heals during TRY, nice stunt:)

Sawanoguchi from Magic User's Club is my first choice for this catagory.

Team Rocket should get an honorable meantion though.
