PC SRPGs, are there any?

Does anyone know of any SRPGs for the PC? Are there any?

Well, they're not like Tactics Ogre etc., but there's always Rhapsody of Zephyr and the War of Genesis series from Softmax; they're all in Korean, though, which probably isn't much use (I think War of Genesis may have an English patch somewhere, though, and although it won't do you much good there's a Japanese PS2 release of Rhapsody of Zephyr as well as a Dreamcast version).

Can't think of anything in the Japanese tradition other than those, though, and I assume that's what you're after.

Well you have :

Heroes of Might of Magic I to V
Etherlords 1 & 2
Fallout Tactics

There are other but that's the only one I can think of for now.

You might also add "Dragonshard" but it's more a RTS with some very minimal RPG elements added

Those two could only loosely be called an RPG. Personally I'd classify them more as Turn based strategy, not Strategy Role Playing Game.
They have more in common with RTS than RPG. (a thin line, but one that had to be mentioned)
