So, first Funi, now Manga getting in on the two-pack marketing strategy? Not complaining. Let's see what's next. Geneon and ADV getting into the action?

Hmm. At the prices I noticed that may mean I can finally snag Blood: The Last Vampire and Perfect Blue... without shelling out too much. Nice... thanks for the thread. It may play a roll in my purchases in the new year... :)

It would be nice if they made a special edition of Perfect Blue. I've been holding out in case they re-released it with improved video quality but I guess it's not going to happen. I suppose I'll pick this two-pack up if the price is right.

Looks like I can retire my VHS copies of Macross Plus now.
The original DVD releases and the 1st box set were asking WAY too much, even for back then.

Manga has had the Macross Plus in a two pack for close to two years now, although this might be packaged differently (no paper box)

Last time I went into Suncoast I saw some Geneon 3-packs, each with a volume of Gungrave, Hellsing and Trigun in them. There were four different sets.

Also back about 2-3 years ago Geneon packaged some of their shows like MaoChan and whatnot in 2 packs.
ADV did a 3 dvd package sampler that included the first volumes of Lost Universe, Orphen and another show through RightStuf back too.
