Our own dear producer Sawako has some news about the limited items that'll be coming with the box with volume 1, coming out just next week.

Included are two rose-scented postcards drawn by Ai Yazawa. Check the Lounge for pictures of them, as well as the artbox. Remember, the box is a limited run, so act fast! Street date is 12/19.

Quite the improvement over the original box design. Nice to see reversible covers, too.

Any chance of an update to the official site with wallpaper-resolution scans of those cards? They're too gorgeous to not adorn desktops everywhere.

Oh, those cards are lovely. Though, I'm hoping they'll be wrapped up in plastic. I got an advert card for this (also gorgeous!) in my latest RightStuf order, and even in the little bag the rose scent is strong enough to play havoc on fragrance allergies.

Even so, I love the box design and the reversable covers. I'm really looking forward to this release.

woo! Spiffy upgrade to the box. Should look quite nice next to the three R2 LE sets.

Question about the cards though, will there be pack-ins in either of the 2nd or 3rd DVDs? I recognize the two card designs as being the art from the card in teh first two R2 LEs, would be a pity if we didn't get the art fromt he third card.

(Also got a rose-scented anime art card in my package from Right Stuf today. Very pretty.)

I was wondering where the scent in my office came from... I got a number of boxes in today, mostly Christmas presents for other people but Hellsing for me, and the office filled with an odor. Nice but unexpected :)

Well, I just hope that this doesn't become another headache with regards to waiting time like Ergo Proxy vol. 1 + box is. My order won't ship until approximately 12/23. It was placed on 11/23. Some slack is given because it was placed during a sale.

Needless to say, I consider this amount of wait time for any title unacceptible even during a sale given that this is the holiday season. You guys really need to do better imo.

Oh dear, that is very nice looking- both the art cards as well as the box. I really need to resist this show until next year at the least, but the promo card I received from my last Right Stuf shipment is making it really difficult to do so. (The rose scent is a really nice touch too.) And my Hubby can't even take my credit card away since I already have the numbers memorized. :nervous: My Hubby is definitely going to kill me.

You're living on the edge there. ;) With the availability of the Ergo Proxy box and the infamous mentioning of limited availability as hints, I wouldn't wait too long. My Paradise Kiss DVD 1 + box has already shipped too. (Yeah, my Xmas present is on the way!)

I got one of those cards to in my last TRSI shipment. It's the nice rose scent that they are using. Smells great! :)

Heh, it never occured to me to sniff them in the first place (and one of them was inside of a glass frame, so I didn't want to open it).
