Buso Renkin Anime

Well I'm already getting into the manga alot (the recent Vol. 3) and I'm even more excited for the anime that will follow it. Though when I went on ANN, its listed as 26 eps and thats it. So does this mean Buso Renkin is NOT a super huge shounen series like Kenshin, Bleach or even Naruto? I'm guessing this may also mean the manga may end quicker then I thought it would...

Whatever the episode count, it still reeks of hot blooded shounen show. Not to mention I like the interactions between Kazuki and Tokiko. "We're siblings!". :D
