My votes:

Western matches:
Makie Sasake - tough to choose between my second-favorite girl (Eva) and third-favorite girl (Makie) in Negima, but I have to go with Baka Pink on this one.
Azmaria Hendric - nothing against Rin, but I don't really see her as moe, and definitely not against Az.
Hikari - sorry, Sayo! :sd:
Sasami - mainly because I don't like the Strawberry Marshmallow anime.

Makie is just much more moe for me than Evangeline, even though I like the vampire girl better. This is supposed to be a moe tournament.
