I just got done finishing the series and the movie, and feel like I need more. Wikipedia helped, but I still need some discussion
If anyone can point me to a certain topic, site, or give me my discussion/answers, I would be exceedingly grateful :D

Be. More. Specific.
Funny because I just rewatched the TV series and thought it was more interesting the second time around. Although, the manga is far more superior IMO.

Questions wise? OK
What was Winries dog called?
'Father' or Dante?
Gluttony's origin? [The Wikipedia entry didn't make much sense to me]
Are there any extra's besides the Movie? [I've heard of a Homunculi reflection OVA...]
Pride/Fuhrer. Squandered potential in the anime?
Likewise with Wrath. He gave Izumi some more character, but would it have been better if the Fuhrer was Wrath like in the manga?
Is the manga still going in Japan, or long finished?
Did the anime purposely change things, or branch out because the manga wasn't yet finished?
Greed knew all along that the Homonculi master was really old-woman Dante?
Was Greed really a "weakling" like Lust states? [personally, I don't see any way Lust could have hoped for a victory in a fight with him]
Conqueror of Shamballa movie. A secret foot-note in history in relation to the Nazi's, or merely re-arranging history to suit the film?
How the hell do you create a human aging Homunculi?
Envy vs Greed? Who wins the old rivalry?
Envy as prominent in the manga?

Dunno.
Dante
Not explained
Only in R2 Land. There's FMA The Ride Animation, a Movie Cast Wrap party, and a final FMA short. There is a FMA OVA in Japan, but it's just a recap of episodes 1-26.
No.
Debatable.
Still going.
Branch out because the manga only covered half the story.
If not from the start he figured it out by the end. If he knew from the start she wouldn't have tricked him in the circle.
Don't see how Lust would have ever broken his armor.
The later.
Ask a Dante.
Envy.
Dunno, haven't read.
New Question:
Al - is he a gay robot?

New Question:
Al - is he a gay robot? No, but Ed is an asexual midget. :P

Perhaps Ed is always furious about size comments because he has a small package...?
On another note: How does Envy beat Greed? Unless he could dupe Greed into letting the armor down, only one I think could beat him would be Gluttony, possibly Sloth if he breathes in shield-form
Was I the only one who liked Kimblee? That sadistic mutha' was a real hoot!

To expand on the rather brief answers.... The following is about the manga...
The anime has story elements in common with the manga only up to volume 6 of the manga.
The R1 manga release is up to volume 11 and still going. Volume 7 and onward bear little relation to the anime.
The producers of the anime actually sat down with the mangaka and spoke with her about where she saw the manga going--what her tentative plans for certain characters were, elements of the world that she had not yet revealed, and how there could be a conclusion. The mangaka does discuss this in the omake of one of the volumes.
Based off of that discussion, the producers crafted (some would say 'butchered') the ending.
I recommend picking up the manga (it's one of my faves--see sig below).

I think 'Butchered' might only apply to the purists... [?] I loved the melding of our world with theirs
FMA is one of the only anime series I've ever watched that has made me shed a tear, aswell. I have a grizzled and otugh exterior, but when Hohenheim said he loved Trisha with everything that he was, their was a tear of happiness and sadness rolled into one trickling down my face.
Only the brutal ending to Berserk could say the same.
Think I was teary eyed when Ed told Al he was returning to seal the gate aswell
I felt like I should have cried when Hughs was killed, but just couldn't, despite the fact that I loved the fella'

Greed knew all along that the Homonculi master was really old-woman Dante?
If not from the start he figured it out by the end. If he knew from the start she wouldn't have tricked him in the circle.
Greed knew about Dante. She created him.
If I remember correctly, he was the result of her attempt at resurrecting a former lover (apparently in all those centuries she wasn't completely obsessed with Hohenheim).
Greed went to see Dante, partially because of his residual memories as her lover. Kind of how Lust's attitude towards Scar changes (a little) after she recognizes him.
Greed ends up getting caught because he didn't realize Dante had his remains there, not because he didn't know who she was.
