Programming Anime on your own Network...

Either make up a channel or take an exisiting one. Then what would you do with programming or what would you do with anime on scheduling and programming it. Run wild with this idea or improve what is currently out there (ie. Adult Swim, IFC, Starz, Showtime Beyond).

I'll chime in my answer a little later, cause I'm overhauling an existing channel...

Ah, this gives me the perfect opportunity to bust out my fantasy block that I've been putting together in my spare time. This is composed solely of my small collection.

"Night of the Rising Sun" Weekday Block
(The actual document is actually very large and in depth, even covering the days each episode airs. I know, I'm a nerd. :P )

7:00 PM - "Tenchi Muyo! GXP"
7:30 PM - "Full Metal Panic!"
8:00 PM - "Get Backers"
8:30 PM - "Fruits Basket"

This would continue until the end of "FMP!", which is then replaced by FMP? Fumoffu. The next day, Season 1 of "Get Backers" would end and be replaced by "Kiddy Grade". The day after that, "Tenchi Muyo! GXP" and "Fruits Basket" are replaced by "Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki 3" and "Last Exile" respectively. At this point, the block is like so:
