Titles with missing releases on DVD

I remember a similar thread in the R1 forum, but not R2J (& R3).

Which titles released on DVD, have not had everything released or announced yet, and a long period has elapsed between the last release?

I only know of 3; KOR movie 1, Hiatari Ryouko movie & Ghost Sweeper Mikami movie. Must be more.

For the purposes of this thread, I don't think Venus Wars or Gokku counts because they are not part of a larger series.

You can add Sonic Soldier Borgman. OVAs released in R2 Land, but not the TV series.

Chou Mashin Eiyuuden Wataru hasn't been released but Wataru 1 and 2 were released years ago.

Guyver: Out of Control - The original 1986 adaptation has yet to make it on to dvd yet the 12 episode ova series started in 1989 did.

Hokuto no Ken movie - only the tv series has been released so far.

Kimagure Orange Road: Jump Special - With the exception of the first movie, everything else has been released.

MAPS OVA 1987 - Only the 4 part OVA series remake from 1994 has been released on dvd.

Mermaid Forest OVA - 2003 remake TV series has been released on dvd but like all the other Rumic World OVA's, the 1991 adaptation has yet to be released.

Wow, I didn't even know there was an older MAPS OVA series! Got any info on it?

I don't have any info on it because sadly i've never seen it either but i really want to.

I love how it says Original Animation Video on the top of the cover. There's also your usual entry over at ANN (http://www.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=693) but no synopsis or anything.

Danguard Ace Movies: Only the TV series was released , the 2 movies were not released so far :(

Shonan Junai Gumi: The prequel OVAs to GTO is yet to be released on DVDs.

Future Boy Conan 2: Only the original 1978 series was released.

Captain Tsubasa OVA/Movie 5-Saikyu no Tenki! Hollanda Youth: ALL the Captain Tsubasa shows & their variations were released except this one :(

It'd still be nice to have, though. I got the LDs for myself after nothing came of its 10th anniversary in 03. They might only have the letterboxed LD masters to work with, and making a new anamorphic or HD master might not be in the cards at the moment.

REALLY? I can't seem to find any information on a R2J DVD release of the original OVA series.
