I got real tired of hearing her whine and complane about situations she got herself into in the first place.

I don't know his name but the boy who follows around the class rep from Kanon. I've seen three eps. so far and whenever this boy is on all he ever does is whine none stop.

Miaka from Fushugi Yuugi. I don't know how many times she screamed "Tamahome, help!" in the series but it was far, far too often.

Ditto on Akane Tendo. It was because of her that I stop watching Ranma 1/2. It just annoyed me too much to see the series focus on the most unintresting character, while other characters like Ukyo or Shampoo played second fiddle.
