JSMall, the Taiwanese DVD online store have a growing range of BR & HD DVD titles - including some Japanese adult ones.

Prices don't look cheap, going by Innocence @ almost $75!

I think that's the same disc as the Japanese one, which is 7800 yen and thus only slightly cheaper.
