I was wounding if this anime is related to Hokuto No Ken(Fist of the North Star) and is it any good? Do we have a chance for it to be a R1 release?
And off topic is there a chance we have a R1 release of the Hokuto No Ken movies. Somebody tell me something! Oh and thanks :roll:

Fist of the Blue Sky (蒼天の拳, Souten No Ken) is a prequel to Tetsuo Hara and Buronson manga and anime Fist of the North Star series, authored by Tetsuo Hara and supervised by Buronson.

It stars Kenshiro's predecessor (and Ryuken's older brother) Kasumi Kenshiro, the 62nd inheritor of Hokuto Shinken. Instead of a post-apocalyptic Mad Max-like landscape, the story takes places in actual historical setting in the 1930s Shanghai, China during the Second Sino-Japanese war.

I saw some of it. What I saw I didn't care for, but it's probably just not my style.

If Yumeria can get licensed, then anything is possible.

Yes, it's a prequel to Hokuto No Ken. As much as i would like the show & the new HNK movies to be licensed (& the TV series to re-released completely as well) it's unlikely to happen :( but never say never :sd:

Do you think if we made a online petition, we may get what we want? I would love the movies, the re-release TV, and I even wrote to Sony if they release the latests game by Sammy or Berserk I would buy a PS3
