I've decided to create a "Girls of Summer" tournament. (No relation to the "Boys of Summer" tournament.)
Nomination is simple; any female can be nominated, but they need a pic of them in a swimsuit. Official art (i.e. anime art) trumps fan art, Original creator's art trumps official art. (Exceptions can be made depending on the quality of the pic.)
The nomination window will be open for two weeks with the last day being the 23rd of May.
I haven't decided how the tournament will be run yet...
