The price will come down. Just keep an eye on it.
I didn't get anything this month.
Mario Strikers Charged Football (Wii)
While I've never been a great fan of The Beautiful Sport, I've heard that this version of it is truly awesome. You'll need to post your review. :)

I didn't get anything this month.
Neither did I to be honest, but well I'm considering Dawn of Mana and Atelier Iris 3 in the future after the price lowers enough. Whenever that will be. I'm in no rush due to the backlog and playing being slowed down.
Oh yes as for a Johnny Lotto Guess I'll go with 17 this time.

Do you count downloaded stuff in the total? If so I'm at 17 now. As far as I remember, there should be 2-3 games coming by the end of the month, unless some stuff out here this Friday ships early and gets here by Thursday.
Plus, I'll be getting F-Zero X from the Japanese VC on Tuesday and possibly some stuff from the US one tomorrow, depending on what arrives.

I got Ouendan 2.
As a result of getting that I decided it was time to finally beat Ouendan 1 (by which I mean 'pass the last song on the four difficulty levels', not get A grades on everything, let alone any more ridiculous possible goals). I only had the last song left. It took me 28 tries but I got through it in the end. :)
Ouendan 2 I have so far beaten on standard difficulty and working on the next one. It's a shame there aren't as many good songs as in the first; tentatively (I still have a bonus song to get, or is it two?) I'd say probably Ouendan > EBA > Ouendan 2. Ouendan 2 does have the best interface so far, though (same as EBA but with a non-sucky map). Anyway, so it's still fun and definitely worth getting (and some of the stories are really funny, even when the music for them is so-so), but I'd not really recommend it as the first one to get for anyone who hadn't tried the series.

Why not? Some of those downloads you have to pay for and even when you don't, they're still games you acquired. :P

Ah isn't it nice to know your chances of winning depend on how soon certain games come and perhaps if he'll be willing to purchases a few more real quick just to make sure it's 24+. Wow he must be feeling the pressure.

I dunno guys, I think johnny wins no matter what you voted. He finally bought Guitar Hero 2, after all. But then again, he does lose if he hasn't been playing it very much thanks to having bought so many other games.

I didn't buy anything but Ouendan 2 for the DS until today at Best Buy. I went to Best Buy to pick up a 22" monitor and saw One Piece Carnival PS2, One Piece Grand Adventure Ps2 and Rave Master NGC on clearance for $10 so I had to pick them up. I'm kinda mad about it though, I forgot to use the 10% off coupon I had until I got into the car.
Then I went to Circuit City to pick up some Nexxtech Dvd-Rs and picked up Paper Mario NGC for $10, FF IV GBA for $12.

Catan (XBLA)
Galaga (XBLA)
Geometry Wars (XBLA)
Frogger (XBLA)
Pinball FX (XBLA)

The day I got GH II, I played for literally 5 hours. I took a little break after that as I had finsished most stuff on normal and my wrist was really sore.
I played it for about 10 minutes a week and a half ago and had to stop due to wrist pains. That pain still hasn't gone away :(

INDEED!!!!! For me as well! God I love this game.....
Anyways, besides that purchase, I haven't bought anything else this month.
I'm trying to save money now so I can move and get my own apartment. So for a while now, I won't be able to buy a lot of the video games I want or....anything for a while. SAVING IS SO HARD ;_; !

I got Jet Set Radio Future for the XBOX. I play it on my 360.
Um... that's it. I might get Gears of War in the next couple of days, but I'm not too keen on dipping in my PS3 fund, even though I have a coupon for Gears. Especially when I'm going to be spending more money on manga this week.

My question is this: is the wrist that hurts your strumming wrist or the fret wrist?
I personally have occasionally gotten sore from GH but in the two wrists it's a different kinda sore. The fret wrist (left for me) gets a stiff kinda sore, the same kinda sore you might get in your legs if you've sat somewhere for a while and not moved your legs. That feeling tends to go away if I move my wrist around for a bit between songs, and I make sure to do it all the time between songs now so that pain doesn't set in.
For the strumming wrist (right) it's strain from too much and/or too fast of strumming after a while. Nothing except stopping playing for a while fixes that, and for me the pain goes away within 20 minutes (usually far less) max because my right wrist is used to stress. I type all day at work and I'm also a writer that writes stories by hand with pen and paper.
If yours has been hurting that long you might want to see a doctor. You might've tore something and really strained your wrist. You played a lot that first day. I typically play 1 1/2-2 hours max because, being a writer and needing to use the computer a lot, I stop once my right wrist feels too much stress.

The fret wrist (my left one). The right hand is fine, never felt any pain in it.
I think it's 'cos I kinda grip onto the neck of the guitar pretty hard. After I've finished a song and take my arm off the controller and back to a normal position, there's always a couple of seconds of really intense pain and then it's all good again.
At the minute, it's only if I move my wrist in an unnatural position that it feels a bit painful and it's not that bad usually.

Eh, I don't know what I got this month; don't really care, either... :sd:
...or that's what I'd like to say. :P
Nintendo DS
-Custom Robo Arena (hey, it was in Wal Mart's clearance bin for $15, couldn't really resist)
-Bleach DS 2nd (Best Buy actually had this one on their shelves. That I couldn't really believe. :P) That makes...4 imports and 3 domestic DS games. I feel sad.
PSP
Guilty Gear Judgment ($13 at Circuit City. What hell, may as well.)
Wii
Super Paper Mario
PS2
Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence ($15 Wal Mart clearnace)
Odin Sphere
The Red Star
Pretty sure that's it. A small month, but a good one all in all.

Well that time of the month has come around again and it's time to list my small purchase list (all of which are for the PC)
Ever17 the out of infinity
Piece of wonder
Heart de roommate
Yume miru kusuri (still waiting for it to be sent out)
Neverend (dirt cheap at £2 and I've yet to play it)
And that is my lot for this month but normal service will resume near the end of next month and for the whole of the month after at which point I'll be going silent for at least 3 months while I sort out this woeful mess of a computer (meaning I'm rebuilding the whole thing 'cause it doesn't meet my needs anymore)

Odin Sphere (PS2/US)
F-Zero X (N64/JP from the Virtual Console)

Count the hardware items as well and I nailed it. Which is a bit scary. I didn't think I'd be that accurate. Considering johnny's penchant for unearthing Japanese games that sell exactly 1 unit. The guys at Play-Asia look at the orders manifest and say. "Hey it's johnny! What'd he order?" "Really? That game didn't even sell in Japan!" So you can have your Staff. I know just the place for it. :P

I do wonder about that sometimes. Like with Wing Island. It launched with the Wii in Japan and sold like 500 copies in it's first week, one of which was mine. I probably bought the only copy that Playasia sold :sd:
They're probably looking at it and going "normal order, normal order, normal order, kurukuru princess, normal or...Wait! hold on a minute, what's going on here? Keep an eye on this guys orders...dokidoki majou saiban preorder. Right! That does it, this guy is weird! Forza 2 order, Resi 4 Wii order, ok maybe not, but next time he orders something weird/paedolicious/unplayable to all gaijin, we report him, ok?"

They probably looked at the KuruKuru order and said, "What's this guy about? … Ireland. Oh, he's a leprechaun! Then it's okay that he's ordering this game because he's not even as tall as the loli skaters!" Then the supervisor comes over and says, "Ireland? Be sure he's paying with a credit card and not sending in gold pieces. You know that stuff disappears after midnight." And the workers are like, "Sure does, Woo … into our pockets!" They high-five each other, maybe do the little wiggling-finger thing or tap knuckles because they're sticking it to the man.
So how was Wing Island?

Awful. Nah it's pretty cool and a nice game to have one of your first Wiimote experiences with but ultimately, too shallow.
Cool music and talking ducks though. That's gotta count for something.
