Question about the silver essence of anime Manga releaes

I just bought the read or die silver essence of anime Manga release. It looks like the old dvd just in a silver slipcase. I saw a bunch of other series in the same silver slipcases. I have a problem with my disc though. It isnt in color. Its all black and white. This really seems wierd. I have never had a dvd like that. Is this something new with the discs or is mine just screwed up. Thanks to anyone who can help.

Yeah its wierd. I just took the dvd back to best buy and got a new one and it still is doing it. THe back of the dvd says its in color and everything. Maybe im just stupid or something. I totally dont remember the OVA being like this. Oh and sorry I didnt really look around before i posted the first time. Didnt see the dvd glitch forum. I will try not to do it again.

Don't worry about it but yeah this is glitch territory. So the whole thing was in black and white? Hmm..

Have you checked your TV and DVD player settings? Also are you sure it isn't just one scene thats black and white? Try flipping through the DVD.
