Given my knowledge of most Taiwan DVDs, they're typically hard-subbed. Recently, I found several Taiwan DVDs over on YesAsia for SD Gundam Force series. Typically, I'd go after the R2 Japanese release, but they were only released on Rental DVD. So that option is out of the window.
So I've got the question: Does anyone here by chance know if the Taiwan DVDs for the series are hard-subbed or not?
Thanks in advance.

Look like the R1 Superior Defender series. As the R3s are dual language I'd assume soft subs, however the spoken Chinese language is Mandarin & the subs are traditional, so maybe they could be hard subbed.
If there are also VCDs somewhere, the DVDs could just be dumps from those.
I wish the original SD could be released.

You are very, very misinformed, young sir.

To be honest, I have yet seen it in any brick and mortar store.

There are R3 Z Gundam boxes, 2 for the whole series. They are not hard-subtitled, (& have a Cantonese dub option). I own them (yes, all original ops & endings uncut).
If the SDG are released by the same company, they will probably not be hard-subbed.
