Hmm, no discussion of this con. Fits the mood I had for it.
This year was a big pain in the ass because all the autograph signings were back to back. I lined up extremely early for most of the signings and as soon as I was done, I had to jump to the other lines. I'd then be near the end and would worried about catching the next signing right after I got the next one.
The Saturday signing for Crispen Freeman was a bust because ahead of him were John Romita Jr and Sr, who obviously ran long because of their popularity. So he had a half-hour left and the officials closed the line almost immediately.
And more Freeman bad news as that it turns out he had a Q&A session that wasn't printed on the show program. Hopefully, somebody managed to record it.
The whole affair just felt like a big chore. While it was great to meet up with so many anime people I admire, the scheduling was absolutely terrible.
