According to the official Lupin III website, a new Lupin OVA is in the works and is scheduled to be released in Japan in March 2008. This will be first OVA since 2001's Return of Pycal. The OVA will be directed by Shigeyuki Miya (who directed the 2005 TV special) and produced by Yu Kiyozono. Sounds cool, though how will this be different than the TV specials? They've done at least 2-3 others since Pycal (All of which I'd like to see licensed here by someone. :) )

I would assume that the production values would be a lot higher than the TV special, so you'll get a 5.1 track, anamorphic widescreen, and better animation. Hopefully it'll be better than Pycal, too, and maybe it'll make it to the US.

From a longtime fan, anything involving more Lupin III gets my vote!
I went with a friend to the Anime Bento showing of Castle of Cagliostro, and she had never seen anything of Lupin. She loved it, and now I'm so happy I helped to bring another one into the fold. Ha ha!

Yaaay ! more of Lupin III is always welcomed :) i wonder if the seiyuu will remain unchanged, which i hope so else it won't be the Lupin and his gang that we know :)

A recent event in Akiba (http://www.lupin-3rd.net/news/index.html#ITEM33) revealed the title to be Green vs. Red. It is expected to be released around 2008 March.
