Ever tried moving to dance/exercise sequences in anime?

Has there ever been a scene of anime characters dancing or doing exercises that you've tried to follow their moves?

To give an example, I've been enjoying Doujin Work and I've discovered that the ED makes a very good workout for exercise and it's fun to follow the girls' moves.

You know there has to be at least one person on this board (besides me) who have attempted to dance along to the following moments:

-Second OP to Kodocha
-The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya ED
-Lucky Star OP

Everytime I hear the Lucky Star OP or the "fight song" ED from the first Pretty Cure (Gecchuu! Rabu Rabu?!), I always get that feeling of moving around from my chair and dancing.

Especially at times when I feel really jumpy and nobody's around to see me dance to those themes :sd: .

I tried moving, (it sure wasn't dancing), to the Op of Lucky Star . . . it lasted for about 5 or 6 seconds . . . I think I am way to uncoordinated for that kind of stuff. Besides, I just don't look good in a dress. (Pretty frightening, actually, hairy legs and all.)

I've thought about it, but I've never seriously tried to. The closest I've come is making random movements while repeating dialog from a show. I guess maybe if I was healthier, more active, and everyone else was asleep, and oh yeah I was more flexible too.

Uh, no. The closest thing I've done to that is some Sailor Moon-esque poses. :P

I once tried to write like Light and/or Mikami like they do in the Death Note anime. It didn't work that well...But I really havn't tried any exercises.
