Almost thought they'd NEVER do singles. Now I can actually get to watching the whole series after being stuck with only the first "season" box set from ADV for about 3 years. :virgin:

How many episodes are missing from the ADV boxset releases?

ADV released everything original City Hunter, except for the last special "Death of the Evil Criminal Ryo Saeba". So all 3 TV series & all one-offs except "Death of.."

The specials are not posted yet, hopefully they will follow.

I wish "Angel Heart" (the alternate future sequel) would be licensed for R1!

AFA the R2Js, I'll probably get the TV series starting with CH2, as ADV's weren't too bad for series 1, & I'd bought their VHS release in entirety, then the DVDs. Might be the odd S1 volume, if a particular seiyuu does a character though, or there's a very good episode.

Thanks, I picked up all the ADV TV releases before they went OOP. I also picked up all the Movies as well. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything (as with the case of the 1st season of Lupin).

I saw the first few episodes of Angel Heart when I was in Japan last year, and enjoyed what I saw as well.
