Ah, the "better" SD, better than Superior Defender.

Question is, is it worth it for that $204?

SD Gundam is the best Gundam series of them all; only it truly sees Gundam for what it is really is.

The greatest Gundam series was shipped today. Can't wait!

Somehow though this release will inevitably be disappointing because of the lack of only the Wacky Races episode, but I guess I'll keep my eyes peeled for the LD.

I've only watched some from MK-I but it looks fairly good though a tad soft. Popped it into my computer to check and it seems to also have the aliasing issue shared by BV's Patlabor and Dirty Pair OVA remasters. I really hope the upcoming DYRL, the 0079 Movies and Macross TV set don't have this issue. It's not much of an issue outside of watching it on my computer, but still it shouldn't be there in the first place.
