I've seen this scenario played too many times in anime (usually for laughs) where a guy opens a door and accidentally walks in on a girl undressing (or with the genders reversed). What is less common is the same scenario where both characters are of the same gender.

I just recently saw one in ep 2 of Sky Girls where Otoha accidentally walks in and is embarrassed to see Eika's big boobies. :grin: As for guy x guy, I do recall one in the yaoi episode of Karin.

Not quite "walking in", but I seem to remember a scene (2nd episode?) in Onegai Twins where Karen is in the bath and Miina is outside the door (in the changing area), sitting with her back against it, and the girls are having a conversation.
