The Hayate the Combat Butler marriage polls

Nagi for Hayate, no questions asked. I just adore the way she places such intense faith and trust in him. She's also madly in love, and while she of course does some measure of the always fun tsuntsun routine, it just feels a lot different from how it normally does. Her admiration and strong feelings for him are just as visible as her pouting. Hayate also cares deeply about her, and I just know it'll only need that last push before he feels the same way she does...

For me? I like Nagi the best but I know who it is she really loves, so I wouldn't want to steal her away. Nor do I go with my next three favorites, Hinagiku, Isumi and Ayumu (not necessarily in that order).

No, I would have to go with... Segawa Izumi <3 She's probably my next favorite after those, and maybe ahead of Isumi, if only because Isumi hasn't gotten a lot of time lately. And who knows, with Izumi you might get three for one, though Risa and Miki aren't quite as much my type. And, well, there's a lot less competition for her. =P Izumi needs more love.

By the way, don't you usually do these after shows end? And you also totally need Hayate on the second list =D

No telling how long this show might go. For all we know, it might become another Bleach and go into the 100s. Oh and the thought of puttign Hayate in drag this cross my mind but unless he gets a certain operation, I don't think his gender would change. :grin:

As for the second poll, were they real, I'd marry Saki since she's legal and cute. The others are largely a jail sentence waiting to happen :P

Ah, I just made a typo on the Isumi I just bolded (need to fix that), obviously that should be Izumi like I said elsewhere. (The other Isumi's were correct.) I love the directionally challenged Saginomiya Isumi, but Izumi is just wonderful <3

Supposed to be 52, going by the number of DVDs and what's scheduled on the stations airing it at the moment. It *could* keep going though, sure. I expect at the very least a multi-season break after 52 though, and most likely think it'll stop there. At least I sort of hope so, else I'll never get to finish watching it before it's licensed :sd:

What's with you and marriage polls? Well anyways, Hayate definitely should marry Nagi, when she's legal of course. She's fully devoted to him and the two of them make a great pair. Not sure he'll ever see it that way.

As for me, no question about it, I'd go with Hinagiku. She's one of my favorite characters ever and every time she's on screen she steals the show. Plus how can you go wrong with Hinagiku the Combat Butler :cool: .

*Trips something* Izumi and the council trio in general are awesome. Actually part of me is wondering if I should wait off a bit before voting. Who knows how things could change in the remaining episodes? Right now I'm leaning towards Izumi Segawa. I guess I'll sleep on it for now.

I would of course marry :beat: Ayumu Nishizawa :beat: , she is beautiful, has a fantastic personality, and she knows good food. She is the perfect girl.

As for who Hayate should marry...? NOT Ayumu Nishizawa, she's mine. He can have Hinagiku. Nagi is a good match for him, but she's very selfish and he'd just become a wet blanket of a husband to her. Hina would spice things up a bit.

I voted the same for both. At this point I shouldn't have to tell you who. :) Though, if somehow both were to become possible I'd immediately toss Hayate somebody else and keep her for myself. On the other hand, if option one somehow became locked in I'd take Izumi second. This show really knows how to show some twintail love... a wonderful hairstyle we don't seem to see much of anymore.

As for myself, its a tough call because the show is filled with wonderful characters and I'd like the polygamy/orgy option, but if I had to choose I think I'd go with... Izumi Segawa. But if they were all will to share and play nice, I'd gladly take Hinagiku, Ayumu, Miki and Sakuya as well.
