Hentai on tv question

I was wondering why on the adult premium channels you never see any titles that are as hardcore as the live action available to view along with the boring live action stuff, since I beleive that pay to view is outside of fcc rules regarding content and what can/cant be shown as long as its legal?

They probably don't think it's worth it. I've always been surprised that HBO hasn't shown hentai because they've shown a very old cartoon that was almost as explicit as hardcore hentai in one of their Shock Video specials. Then again, after watching the trainwreck that was Tell Me You Love Me, I don't exactly want them to show hentai anymore. They'll probably screw it up somehow.
