Um...well perhaps Mishiru & Haruka (Sailors Neptune & Uranus) who look after Chibi-Hotaru (infant Sailor Saturn) in Sailormoon Stars. Setsuna (Sailor Pluto) is a sort of godmother/aunt to Hotaru.

As other have said, you named pretty much the only one. I mean, I can't think of anything else at all.

But as for potential... I would kill to see Kirino and Saya from Bamboo Blade try to raise a kid XD

Edit: also, it's Takamachi Nanoha. Her name being said wrong is even a joke in A's...

I believe he is referring to when they chose to side with Galaxia, and killed Saturn and Pluto. That is completely unrelated to what they were doing in the Sailor Moon S, though, so it's faulty to make a connection anyway.
