I have all Touch except this title which is only on R2J, no R3 release strangely.

What order does it come in the story, & what order should I watch the other 2 specials in after Touch TV/movies?

That's the first movie, right? If so, it can be watched anytime after the first season (26 eps or so). It's just a compilation movie of the first season with some added scenes and a different ending. The movies can basically be watched after their corresponding series.

The 2 specials, Miss Lonely Yesterday and Cross Road are to be watched only after the series (and in the order above).
