Saw this sad news posted at a few places so I thought I would post it here for anyone who attended or had plans to attend T-Mode.
It seems that the con chairman Lawrence Stuckey unexpectedly passed away.
This was posted to the con website
I am deeply saddened to report the untimely passing of T-MODE Chairman, Lawrence Stuckey. Lawrence was the heart and soul of T-MODE, and he worked tirelessly for the convention to succeed and to grow into something truly unique and special.
The future of T-MODE is now uncertain. It has not been decided whether T-MODE will move forward or not. If T-MODE is to continue, it will definitely need the support of anime and gaming fans to help realize the greatness of Lawrence’s vision.
Keeping with the tradition set by Lawrence to make T-MODE a convention where anime and gaming fans have a voice, I would like to know your thoughts. Would you support T-MODE in moving forward, and if so, how? Please post your comments in the Chairman's Corner.
