This was a tough round for me. I have an NPC based on Xelloss, so he has to get my first vote. But then it's a drop for my second, where Misaki and Sana fight for it. Since Sana has so much spunkiness, I tossed my second vote her way.

NOTE: I have a proxy vote for this round, from someone who will be away from the internet for 2 weeks (Azumangaman). This is noted on my scoresheet, and will be added to the poll results upon closing.

After a little bit of thought, the list was narrowed down to these three characters (Saber and Chihiro get an honourable mention):

Kotomi gets the axe first, because as much as I like her, her arc didn't affect me as emotionally as it should, and she didn't get much screen time at all after her arc.

Freddie is a man of no words, and lets his actions do the talking. But as awesome as he is, Riku barely edged him out for my 2nd vote.

Reading and watching D.N.Angel is a blast whenever Riku would grace us with her presents on the page/screen. Here's hoping that there will be enough chapters for a Vol. 12 release within the ext year or so.

Yeah right! I have a draftee from a show many consider worst then hentai if not truely hentai. Thats even if it even registers at all with anybody. Unlike some of these other unlincensed shows like Clannad or even ef, Kodomo no Jikan doesn't have some huge ass thread about it or even in the anime list of shows most wanted to be lincensed. I'm going to hold out until the bitter end that I will sink to the bottom. You and Jimmie M just need to do a little better then round nine and I could very well dive to the bottom.

Time for a little story installment from Team Golden Time before the final numbers come in tonight. :devil:

The final battle between present-day Laine and Sana Kurata is drawing to a close tonight. Team Golden Time has suffered many defeats, with the exceptions of Mahoro and Washu, who have done well, but not enough to get in the top three in their rounds.

Naruto (whose ass is still hurting after his last place finish) has just been taken to Washu’s lab to receive treatment for his injured behind. Mahoro is left with everyone else to help them recover from their wounds. After Mahoro finished helping Aoi-chan into the bath, Mahoro decides it’s time to prepare a feast for everyone. But rather than wait until the team returns to base, Mahoro decides to have the feast right here at Tokino Bathhouse and asks Ms. Sanada to help her with the preparations.

Mahoro: Ms. Sanada, I want to use the kitchen to make a feast to help my team recover from the battle with Team Socratic Power.

Ms. Sanada: (shocked) But shouldn’t they be the ones having the feast?

Mahoro: The feast I’m making is going to be pretty huge. So they can hang with us and eat up too.

Ms. Sanada: OK, then. Let me get my catgirl maid squadron to help you. We have lots of work to do.
As preparations are underway for the feast after the final battle, the rest of Team Golden Time (minus present-day Laine) is finally ready to get out of the bath. Washu has returned with Naruto (who is still feeling a bit sore, but not nearly as bad) and sees the work in progress. Washu sneaks up behind Ms. Sanada and tells her that she has some extra workers of her own that can help if there aren’t enough maids to put on this event.

Ms. Sanada: We are running a bit behind schedule. Let’s see who you have with you.

Washu: First, there is Naruto here. I had him use his “Shadow Clone” jutsu to disguise his clones and himself as some of your maids when he first arrived. Then, there is Aoi-chan, who can help Mahoro out in the kitchen preparing the food.

Naruto: I have to work again!?

Washu: I could have just left you to suffer with that raw ass. You owe me.

Naruto: OK.

Aoi: Don’t be so upset, Naruto. You know that you’ll be happy once this is over and you are stuffing your face. Now it’s off to the kitchen. Have fun setting up the tables, Naruto.

Washu: Then I guess the rest of us will go and get some front row seats out in the backyard and watch the final battle while cheering on present-day Princess Laine.

Disappointment for losing first place lasted all but five seconds throughout the group (well, Eri's still a little miffed, but she'll get over it) and to celebrate Pikachu's draft performance (not to mention a largely successful overall run as well), we're gonna party all night!!!

Saber is one of the more popular characters of recent times, I said when I selected her with the last pick of the draft that I was amazed she was still on the table and this result shows why.

I only expected to win 1 round this draft (this round) but I had high hopes for Shana and Faye and Faye managed to tie first palce while Shana finished 2nd or 3rd in her round iirc.

After I kill EB for not voting for Alice which would have tied for third, thanks to everyone as again she was a pleasant surprise as I voted for favourites at the end rather than votes and ironically she and Ogiue turned out to be two of my highest scorers (whilst people like Kagami and Lain suffered...weird how things turn out)

Thanks for the votes for Alice-chan and for the draft itself - now I must console over the fact my vote actually made Fudce ahead of me this round...bugger...

I expected Chihiro to do poorly in the vote so in that respect at least she didn't disappoint. I don't regret picking her though - my favourite anime had to be represented somewhere in my team.

Well I guess I returned the favor for the Kotomi vote as I voted for Misaki too :bigsmile:.
I am amazed Kotomi finished joint second I thought out of all my character Nerine would have been the worse and Kotomi second worse but both were my best two performers.
