R2 hentai: Pinpai-TV and DMM?

Has anyone tried Pinpai-TV (http://pp-tv.jp/) or DMM's (a mention in a Time magazine article (http://www.time.com/time/magazine/article/0,9171,1818203,00.html)) download service (http://www.dmm.co.jp/digital/anime/)? Are they even available outside of Japan?

I live in the U.S. and have U.S.-issued credit cards.

Pinpai-TV works for me. I've used the one week rental, one year rental, and also the monthly all-you-can-eat subscription for a while.

DMM unfortunately does not accept any of my credit cards, and has a note that foreign cards may not work. It’s too bad because DMM has a lot of exclusives in their ebook section, as well as being the sole provider for the download versions of Elf’s games.

(DMM also accepts Bitcash EX (http://www.bitcash.jp/) points which may be possible to buy with a foreign card if you get lucky, but I wasn't able to. It requires the card support either Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode--my Visa card supports that but was rejected as invalid (presumably for not being Japanese) before getting to the Verified by Visa part. My MasterCard gets past the first step that blocks my Visa...but it doesn't support SecureCode. This leads me to believe there may be some foreign MasterCards capable of buying Bitcash.)

I just discovered that DMM has an English-language site: en.dmm.co.jp (http://en.dmm.co.jp/). The selection is very limited (http://en.dmm.co.jp/digital/anime/-/list/=/sort=date/), but the site apparently does take foreign credit cards, and has several episodes that are not available on Region 1 DVD (i.e., Shin Ruriiro no Yuki (http://fast.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=7005) and episode 2 of Kara no Naka no Kotori (http://fast.animenewsnetwork.com/encyclopedia/anime.php?id=5990) (AKA The Maiden Diaries)).
