I did this a couple of years ago. Make your own harem, but with a theme. They can be all catgirls, all mecha pilots, all geniuses, all meganekko, all tsundere, whatever you like. Male, female or both, it's your choice. But keep it to one theme. And let's limit this to just 12 people in your harem. Otherwise it gets a little out of control. I'll start. My harem, just like last time, will be mechanics/inventors. I ride a motorcycle after all, so I need a group of beautiful women to keep it running.

This statement contradicts the main appeal of harems which is the variety of possible themes and mixes. Just that some themes are more common than others. Besides to be honest the key is not just the harem members, but the object in the center as well. Okay maybe I'm trying to sound deep just to avoid admitting certain things directly. Or maybe not, read into this what you will. As for my own theme, my plan is to have mine include a ghost and just have her possess anyone I want her to. Okay maybe that's cheating, but right now I need to actually think of a theme and that requires effort.

Yes, and I haven't seen MoonPhase, so I can't say. I was thinking of the Minami sisters from Minami-ke, but they're a group of three and the rest are two's (thinking about though, the Hiiragi's are four sisters, not just counting the twins - could have included them for a full count too...)

You're just jealous. Also I'm not the one who made the 12 limit. Wait maybe I can invoke the season 2 card. Season 2 which adds +7 to the harem. Or maybe not. Either way to add anyone else means removing someone. Also for the record while I finished Shuffle, I dropped "They Are My Noble Masters". So it would be reasonable for me to consider Kaede. Let's say I have need to fill the staff of my new Harem restaurant. All female for my own enjoyment, except for my bartender, so I can have someone to tell my frustrations to after the nights of insanity this line up would provide.

My expediter is the only one without restaurant experience—but then she didn’t have animation experience either.

And with only, uh...the small budget from my creditor (Martialstax Bank & Trust)...for 12 employees, I couldn’t go without a delivery girl (as ubiquitous as they seem to be in my labor pool—seriously, I had, like, a dozen applicants for this position) but it means the servers and hostess (and the delivery girl when she’s not out) have to handle the bussing.

Oddly enough, I see men washing dishes far more often in anime than women. Many of the women who do it are seen after cooking (like Belldandy), so they're as much home cooks as dishwashers.

If it were me, I'd have found some way to fit Becky Miyamoto of Pani Poni Dash into that list. Yeah, she's only 11, but she's going to be a heartbreaker in a few years.

Becky Miyamoto depending on the theme (Since she couldn't work for a bishounen theme for example) is an awesome addition to a harem. Also speaking of the 11 thing, let's just say sometimes it seemed like the series wanted people to uh notice her. As for how I felt about that apparent fact, I plead the fifth.

Age is a funny thing in anime. You look at a girl's nice figure and lovely chest. You think about how hot she is. I never said you can only have one harem. Just 12 people per theme. You could have a dozen different 12-character harems if you want. Just as long as each theme is different. That is, if you think you're man enough to handle 144 women (or whatever you have in your harems.)

Tina definitely would qualify and I can't believe I forgot Tina in my list - if I added more than twelve, then in additional to the above we'd have Tina Foster (Ai Yori Aoshi), Anju Maaka (Karin - Karin being the older hence why she's ahead but end of Karin manga...oh boy), Petruchia (Gunslinger Girl manga - Russia to Italy), Monica (Yakitate Japan - USA to Japan), and whilst I hate the character to infinity, she's still stunning so I'll stick Shampoo from Ranma 1/2 in there as well (China to Japan).
