Any news on Japanese Appleseed Ex Machina Blu Ray?

I have the Japanese HD DVD & DVD. As posted before, their subtitles are better translation (see R2J thread) than the partial-dubtitled/hoh ones Warner use.

So I'm keen to get a Japanese BD as my ultimate Ex Machina, provided its the same. Any news on a pending release?

Haven't heard anything, it doesn't really seem to be that popular of a title here either so it might be a while.
