Second Shinji Ikari, and add:

Gaara (Naruto) - "Blood? BLOOD?! IT'S MY BBBBLLLLLOOOOOOOOODDDD!!!!!". Chilling (especially since we'd already been creeped out by his "conversation" a few moments earlier), in both the sub and dub.

Also, while I don't remember it being that loud, Kamina's scream after his mecha is impaled in Gurren Lagann sent shivers down my spine just for the sheer shock of it all.

Echoing EoE, sub or dub, that scream is absolutely brutal.

The most iconic though has to be "TETSUOOOOOOOOO!!!" coupled with "KANEDAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!"

undoubtedly the most convincing scream belongs to Urumi Kanzaki (G.T.O.) voiced by Kotono Mitsuishi. - When Onizuka scares the poo out of her during that freefall, I practically felt her vocal cords reverberate.

Loudest?--I'm going to pick a dark horse here, and say that Tetsuro's "MAETERUUUUU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" out of literally a clear blue peaceful offcreen nowhere at the end of "Adieu, Galaxy Express 999" (thanks loads, Rin, that's, like, really artsy... :rolleyes: ), will blow out your speakers every time if you're not prepared ahead...

In her concert performance of an upbeat "Zanokokou", Megumi put in powertful Shiji-screams mid-song. The fangirls went wild.

When May is riding on the cat and he takes a dive off a roof or something, Maria Yamamoto's almost supersonic sceeeeeeeeeeee!!! is far and away the best scream in anime.

Actually I think it was a few episodes before. She was blaming someone for everything bad that had happened and the person she screamed at walked off dejectedly after all the screaming.

no, but the screams aren't that memorable because they all sound the same, nor do they sound agonizing enough to mention. I haven't heard an orgasmic scream that makes your body hair stand compared to the traumatic screaming found in non-hentai.

The screams in Gunbuster always stick with me, although Noriko's are more yells. But Sarah's as she is pinch-crushed to death by a giant bug was as hair raising as seeing what made her scream.

Priss in BGC 5, was probably my first anime scream, powerful episode!

No one can beat that Shinji scene, but another that really stuck with me is FMA's Izumi Curtis, after giving baby Wrath up to the spirits in the Gate (episode 31).

Probably one of the best angry screams I've heard was from...well crap I can't remember which one she was but it was either Fan or Lan at the end of Fullmetal Panic: The Second Raid after Gates teased her with the dead body of her sister: "BASTAAAAAAAAAARRD!" and then Gates comes back with: "You make this too easy, bitch!" "Say goodniiiiiiiiight!" English dub, haven't actually listened to the japanese track. Quite the "O_O Holy...shit..." moment for me.

The mother in episode 5 of Planetes. This was on the japanese track. A thief takes Sia, a girl that Hachimaki and the others befriend in the episode, hostage. As Sia's mother witnesses this, like any loving, caring mother would, she panics and lets out a extremely loud, ear-shattering scream. It scared the $#!% out of me. She was a one-time only character too, I can only imagine if she was a regular character...
