well after just watching all 26 episodes in a row not stopping once
( well i did have to run to the bathroom once or twice and there was victory ice cream when Balsa beat the guy from Rota)
I have to say i like this anime A LOT enough to wish i could read Japaneseto further my time in the world made by the crafters of story in my experience iv see good story bad animation or awesome animation and plot holes abound but this touched my heart brought tears to my eyes and played the strings of my heart like a bard on the lead lute and normally i don’t watch Fantasy anime i am die hard relationship anime fan like Kashimashi: Girl Meets Girl or Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha kinda guy iv seen all the Tenchi and i just happened to catch this on TV once late night i fell in love with he story right away of coarse it was in English but after a 3 hours serch i found it all on line (yes for free ) in jap subbed and yes i watched it ( no i don’t Down load anime im no pirate) this story and the way that balsa would just go from hard warrior to soft caring woman i think that at the end of the show i wanted to drop what ever i was doing and walk the road with her … well if you cant see what im trying to say here im sorry i saw this post and HAD to say what i felt im looking for the books in English if any one can point me in the right direction please toss me a E mail
