What is the Japanese "Moribito" DVD quality like?

With all the quality issues fired at the R1 releases, what are the R2J DVDs like for quality? I'm more concerned about picture than audio, having a bigger screen now.

TBH, if you want to import Moribito and quality is the issue, just wait for the BD. I figure it's one of those shows that will be released on it sooner rather than later - the animation alone screams for a hi-def release.

The R2 DVDs looked fine to me, but then again so did the R1 DVDs (except for the R1 DVD menus - which look ugly).

I'm no video expert, and I've been watching stuff on a smaller (ie laptop) screen for the past year.
